Richard Gill

Richard is a lean practitioner, who has spent 13 years in an award winning manufacturing company in various roles, before becoming a trainer and consultant in Lean, Customer Service, Quality Management Systems and the development of CIC (Continuous Improvement Cultures). This also includes personal development through such tools as LIFO, Gober Method, and emotional intelligence.

During the last 10 years Richard has worked in prestigious companies including Virgin Holidays, GM Motors, Dairy Crest, Music Group, Catalent Pharmaceuticals, Stoneridge Pollak, Dunkley’s, Mira Showers, Mary Gober International, Hitachi Rail Europe and Gloucestershire First where he developed training for the local business community.

Change is very much part of his life, working closely and in partnership with organisations to develop and identify the true potential of the business and its people.

Richard has worked in the skiing industry (BASI Ski Instructor) and enjoys the challenges sport brings, both in a team and individually.

A few of his successes: relocating a company to the Czech Rep. saving £500,000 p.a. Project Managed Dairy Crest delivering savings of £500,000 (2-3% increase in OEE). Virgin Holidays Lean Programme saving £2.2 Million
